DISCO celebrated its 70th anniversary on May 5, 2007, owing to the patronage of shareholders
as well as the warm support of all those concerned. To show a sense of gratitude to our shareholders, the Company
plans to pay a 70th anniversary commemorative dividend of 10 yen per share in addition to 35 yen of ordinal
dividend, which is based on our performance-linked dividend per share. Total amount of the year-end dividend
will be 45 yen per share. |
