Notification of Revision to the Business Forecasts

DISCO Corporation ("the Company") announced to revise the Company's business forecasts of non-consolidated earning results forecast for the first half of fiscal year ending March 31, 2010 which were announced on August 7, 2009 based on its preliminary report.

Reason for the revisions |
|
In the earnings results for the first half of fiscal year 2009, net sales and operating income was in line with the forecast, however, ordinary income and net income are expected to improve because non-operating income and extraordinary income recorded better than expected.
Business forecasts for consolidated and non-consolidated earnings of the first half and full year of fiscal year 2009 are currently examined and will be announced immediately when any fact which should be disclosed arises. |
