On July 23, 2005, a strong earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 on the Richter scale
struck the northern part of Chiba Prefecture neighboring Tokyo.
It registered in the lower 5 range of the Japanese scale
of 7 in Ota-ku, Tokyo where our headquarters / R&D Center is located.
We have checked all the facilities and confirmed that
there was no serious damage at DISCO which may affect our operation.
