The 6000 series dicing saws perform loading, alignment, cutting, cleaning and drying, and unloading with just the touch of a button. They achieve high throughput and CoO.
The DFD6340, DFD6341, DFD6361, DFD6362 and DFD6560 are facing dual-spindle dicers, while the DFD6760 is a high-productivity model that has incorporated dual chuck tables. DFD6450 is parallel dual-spindle dicers, used for such dual-spindle applications as step cuts, bevel cuts, and dual cutting.
