Supplemental Notice for California Residents

1. Who and what this notice applies to. This Supplemental Notice supplements the information in our Privacy Policy, and except as provided herein, applies solely to California residents. It applies to personal information we collect on or through the Website or Activities. Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Supplemental Notice have the meanings set forth in our Privacy Policy.

2. What the CCPA requires us to tell you. If you are a California resident, California law requires us to provide you with some additional information regarding how we collect, use, and disclose your “personal information” (as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)). This Supplemental Notice provides such information.

3. Categories of personal information we collect; source of personal information; purposes. The categories of personal information which we collect are set forth in the table below, along with the categories of sources from which we collect from (the “Information Providers”), and the purposes for which we collection such personal information.

4. Our information disclosure practices. We describe our information disclosure practices in our Privacy Policy. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may disclose certain categories of personal information described above for the business purposes to the following categories of third parties:

Service providers
Third parties to whom you or your agents authorize us to disclose your personal information in connection with the products we provide to you.

5. Do not sell or share. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold nor share (as such terms are defined in the CCPA) your personal information to third parties.

6. Your rights under California law. In the event that you are California resident you may have the following rights with regards to personal information processed by us:

Right to Know. you have the right to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information have been collected about you; the categories of sources from which personal information are collected; our business or commercial purpose for collecting, using, or disclosing personal information; the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information; the categories of CCPA personal information we have disclosed about you for a business purpose;
Right to Correct: you have a right to request any correction of your personal information;
Right to Delete: you have a right to deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions under the CCPA, among them:
- We cannot verify your request;
- We need your personal information to complete your transaction, provide a reasonably anticipated product or service;
- For certain business security practices;
- For certain internal uses that are compatible with reasonable consumer expectations or the context in which the information was provided;
- To comply with legal obligations, exercise legal claims or rights, or defend legal claims
No Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you based on your exercise any of your CCPA rights.

If you do not have an account with us, we will ask you for information which we consider necessary to verify your identity for security and to prevent fraud. This information may include name, contact information, and information related to your transaction or relationship with us, but the specific information requested may differ depending on the circumstances of your request for your security and to protect privacy rights.

We do not sell or share personal information. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for the purpose of engaging in targeted advertising.

7. Sensitive personal information. The CCPA also allows you to limit the use or disclosure of your “sensitive personal information” (as defined in the CCPA) if your sensitive personal information is used for certain purposes. Please note that we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information other than for purposes for which you cannot opt out under the CCPA.
