Will training be provided?

Yes, training will be provided upon commencement of employment.
For Engineers, safety training will also be included.

Is there a possibility of being posted to Japan HQ?

Yes, based on company and business requirements.

Is there any shift work?

There is currently no requirement for this but you might be requested to work overtime or on non-working/rest days if required.

Will there be overtime pay?

Yes, overtime is payable in accordance to company's policy.

Is Japanese language a requirement?

It is advantageous but not compulsory, main communication language is English.

Is accommodation provided by the company?

Accomodation is not provided by company.

Does the company adopt a hybrid working arrangement?

We encourage employees to work in office to improve face to face interaction and communication.

Will I be subject to probation period?

Yes, the standard probation period 2 to 6 months depending on individual performance and respective countries regulations.
