Will training be provided?: Yes, training will be provided upon commencement of employment.
For Engineers, safety training will also be included.
Is there a possibility of being posted to Japan HQ?: Yes, based on company and business requirements.
Is there any shift work?: There is currently no requirement for this but you might be requested to work overtime or on non-working/rest days if required.
Will there be overtime pay?: Yes, overtime is payable in accordance to company's policy.
Is Japanese language a requirement?: It is advantageous but not compulsory, main communication language is English.
Is accommodation provided by the company?: Accomodation is not provided by company.
Does the company adopt a hybrid working arrangement?: We encourage employees to work in office to improve face to face interaction and communication.
Will I be subject to probation period?: Yes, the standard probation period 2 to 6 months depending on individual performance and respective countries regulations.
