- Install and modify industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability, and implement continuous machine improvements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and conduct operational training for customers on equipment usage and basic maintenance procedures.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and countermeasures for machine performance and efficiency

- Support process development activities for customer applications
- Perform in-house application tests including test cuts
- Provide on-site technical support to customers when required
- Process and investigate customer claims related to abrasive products
- Communicate frequently with engineering teams in Japan for technical alignment
- Build and main positive relationships with customers
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Participate in company events, training and corporate activities
