Importance of the Survey

At DISCO, customers’ needs are the driving force of our activities.

Although we listen to voice of the customer at every contact point— for example, during everyday business transactions and maintenance calls—the more formal Customer Satisfaction Survey is also a powerful source of CS information.

DISCO Customer Satisfaction Survey

The DISCO Customer Satisfaction Survey is an annual survey by questionnaire given to DISCO customers mainly via the Internet. Customers answer specific questions but can also write comments freely.
Opinions provided through this survey serve as valuable insights in helping us develop new products and services, as well as improve on existing ones, so we can provide solutions that better meet customer needs.
The survey results also help us gauge whether our current CS activities are functioning as planned. Through the survey, we’re able to confirm whether our employees are taking the initiative in those activities and give feedback to the relevant departments to further improve our CS efforts.
