DCS1461Automatic Cleaning System
Manual cleaning system compatible with Φ300 mm workpieces
This system is ideal for cleaning and drying workpieces processed by dicing saws and similar equipment. High-pressure cleaning with a maximum discharge pressure of 11.8 MPa, combined with user-programmable cleaning sequences (including cleaning arm swing speed and spinner rotation speed settings), enables optimized cleaning operation for a wide range of workpieces.
The standard high-pressure cleaning nozzle can be replaced with an atomizing cleaning nozzle (optional specification).
Atomizing cleaning (optional specification)
The proprietary atomizing cleaning nozzle delivers high cleaning performance. By atomizing DI water into fine droplets with high-speed airflow, cutting particles can be efficiently removed.
Supports various workpiece sizes
Compatible with tape frames from φ4 to 12 inches. With a user-specified specification, workpieces up to 310 mm x 310 mm can be supported.
Easy operation
A user-friendly LCD touch panel enables easy setup of cleaning sequences. A simplified setup mode is provided, allowing cleaning to be started simply by setting workpiece size, table rotation speed, and cleaning arm swing count or cleaning time.
Compact footprint
Space-saving design with a width of only 500 mm. An integrated duct fan unit eliminates the need for an external fan unit (optional specification).
